本条款适用于你对 CodeCraftSure 应用（以下简称"本应用"）的访问和使用。安装或使用本应用即表示你同意本条款。
1. 服务内容
本应用为 Shopify 商家提供可重用代码块（HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Liquid）的管理和渲染功能，帮助商家在主题模板中安全地复用代码片段。
我们可在合理范围内更新、修改或停止部分功能。
2. 账号与授权
- 你需拥有合法的 Shopify 店铺及必要权限
- 你授权本应用在你批准的 API scopes 内访问店铺数据
- 你应对店铺账号安全和操作负责
- 你需确保使用本应用符合 Shopify 服务条款
3. 可接受使用
你不得：
- 违反任何适用法律法规
- 使用本应用从事欺诈、侵权或滥用行为
- 反向工程、攻击或干扰服务安全
- 创建或发布恶意代码、病毒或有害内容
- 未经授权访问其他商家的数据
4. 费用与支付（如适用）
- 费用标准以应用页面或商家后台展示为准
- 如有订阅/计费，按 Shopify 计费机制执行
- 除法律另有规定，已支付费用通常不予退还
- 我们保留调整价格的权利，但会提前通知现有用户
5. 数据与隐私
- 你对店铺及客户数据的合法性负责
- 我们按《隐私政策》处理相关数据
- 你创建和存储的代码块数据归你所有
- 卸载应用后，我们将在合理期限内删除你的数据
6. 知识产权
- 本应用及相关代码、商标、内容归 CodeCraftSure 或其许可方所有
- 除本条款明确授权外，不授予其他权利
- 你创建的内容归你所有，你授予我们必要的使用许可以提供服务
7. 第三方服务
本应用可能依赖第三方服务（云服务、分析服务等）。 第三方服务中断或变更可能影响本应用可用性。
8. 服务可用性
我们努力提供可靠服务，但无法保证 100% 正常运行时间。 维护、第三方故障或不可抗力可能影响可用性。
9. 免责声明
在法律允许范围内，本应用按"现状"和"可用"提供，不作任何明示或默示保证， 包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权保证。
10. 责任限制
在法律允许范围内，CodeCraftSure 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性损失负责。 我们的累计责任以你在责任发生前 12 个月支付的费用为上限（如无付费，上限为 $100 USD）。
11. 终止
- 你可随时卸载本应用
- 如你违反本条款或法律，我们可暂停或终止服务访问
- 终止后，你的访问权限将立即停止
12. 条款变更
我们可更新本条款。更新后继续使用即视为接受新条款。 重大变更将通过邮件或应用内通知告知。
13. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（如适用）。 争议应通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的人民法院解决。

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CodeCraftSure application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
The App provides Shopify merchants with tools to manage and render reusable code blocks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid) safely across theme templates.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary.
2. Account and Authorization
- You must have a valid Shopify store with necessary permissions
- You authorize the App to access store data within approved API scopes
- You are responsible for store account security and operations
- You must ensure use of the App complies with Shopify's Terms of Service
3. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the App for fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activities
- Reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with service security
- Create or publish malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Access other merchants' data without authorization
4. Fees and Payment (if applicable)
- Fees are as displayed in the app or merchant dashboard
- Subscriptions/billing are processed through Shopify's billing mechanism
- Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to existing users
5. Data and Privacy
- You are responsible for the legality of store and customer data
- We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Code blocks and data you create belong to you
- After app uninstallation, we will delete your data within a reasonable period
6. Intellectual Property
- The App and related code, trademarks, and content are owned by CodeCraftSure or its licensors
- No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms
- Content you create belongs to you; you grant us necessary licenses to provide the service
7. Third-Party Services
The App may depend on third-party services (cloud services, analytics, etc.). Third-party outages or changes may affect App availability.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect availability.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCraftSure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 USD if no fees were paid).
11. Termination
- You may uninstall the App at any time
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or law
- Upon termination, your access will cease immediately
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent courts.
